On 27.06.2024, the handover of the communal property in FISCHZUG on Stralau took place. This means that the outdoor facilities and general areas in and around the building have been completed and successfully handed over to the new owners.
These include the underground parking garage with charging stations, the bicycle parking spaces, the playground, outdoor areas with rolled turf and tree and hedge planting, the elevator, the entrance portal with designer lighting and the staircase.
