Little goal scorers in a new outfit
TSV Sasel recently received a new jersey set from cds Wohnbau Hamburg GmbH. The young players born in 2008 were very happy about this and sent us this photo of the team as a thank you.
When the German national team lifted the World Cup in Brazil in the summer of 2014, the boys born in 2008 at TSV Sasel were just taking their first steps on the soccer field. And while Jogi's boys have since had a rather mixed record, the development of the "Bad Boys Sasel" has gone steeply upwards.
Preliminary highlights: the Hamburg indoor championship and the runner-up in the 7-man field in the 2018/2019 season. But no pain, no gain. Under the direction of trainers Olaf Schröder and Matthiaskatzer (A license), dedicated and intensive work are the basis of success.
Three training sessions per week, championship and cup games as well as numerous test games and tournaments: the schedule is full. After all, the TSV boys also want to get involved in the Hamburg top performers of the 2008 vintage and annoy the youth centers of the big (professional) clubs.
The start on the field of 9 used in the 2019/2020 season has already been a success. The own season of the autumn round was won confidently and you are still represented in the cup. With a constantly growing squad and participation in performance comparisons with national and international top teams, the positive development of Bad BoysSasel should be further promoted in the future. The hunger for success and the fun of attractive football are definitely great.
